VICE Mingw
Install MINGW
sudo apt install g++-mingw-w64-x86-64
Install MXE
Get VICE Sources
svn checkout https://svn.code.sf.net/p/vice-emu/code/trunk trunk
Build VICE Sources
cd vice-trunk/vice ./autogen.sh
Try to configure a minimal build of the Gtk3 port:
